REINSTATION OF ADSENSE ACCOUNT

Please draft a mail to Google. Attach the screenshots or provide any other proof which says that the clicks are as per the law. Also ask for the support by Google engineers. They will ask you for information, please provide it.
Give all the details, asked by Google, like your website URL, ID of publisher, source of traffic, audience of your site and any other information. Giving these details will show Google that your appeal is serious.

Write to Google frequently. Provide more evidences in the mails. This may make Google to remove the ban on your Adsens account.

 Check and collect the reasons for the doubtful clicks that resulted in the Adsense ban. At times sudden rise in traffic may look doubtful, but if your pages is on Digg then that will be a good explanation. Your server logs also show the traffic, so please save backups of the same.

 Google takes a month’s time to decide on the ban. If there is enough evidence showing that you are innocent, then they may decide in favor of you. You will get a letter from Google saying that you are successful in your appeal.
