As we know, adsense is applicable for only those sites which have been written in an adsense complied language, and only such applications for the adsense program are acceptable which have websites written in these following languages. There are 35 recognized and adsense supported languages internationally.
If your website or application doesn’t fall under any of these languages given below, then your application for adsense usage will be rejected.
The last two languages, Vietnames and Indonesian are supported for only adsense for search and are unavailable for adsense for content.

You need to select the primary language of your site while you apply for adsense, and your application is approved, then adsense will target the ads according to your language and in the language of your website though your site contains multiple languages.
Adsense doesn’t permit the websites with content not permitted in adsense language. This point has to be noticed.
